I wish I could say the identical for felt novelty pennants and banners.  Unfortunately, the other seems real.  More often than not, collectors of vintage felt novelties can only make "assessments" (educated guesses) about the 10 years in which a chunk was manufactured.Claim a refund if your purchase is missing or arrives with merchandise issues,
